Go to our Contact page, enter your details, select ‘Cancellations’ from the drop down options of the Nature of your Enquiry section and click on SUBMIT. We will send a confirmation email to you when we’ve updated your account.

Go to our Contact Us page, enter your details, select ‘Resizing’ from the drop down options of the Nature of your Enquiry section, in the MESSAGE box enter your correct sizing details and click on SUBMIT. We will contact you to discuss the return and replacement of your lingerie. Please return items within 10 days of receiving them and we will send your replacement items free of charge.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of lingerie subscription boxes, refunds are not available. Please note, there are no lock-in contracts and you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time.

Payments will be processed within 48 hours of placing an order, monthly payments will be direct debited on the same date of initial order every month following.
